Q3 revenue review
Summary
Revenue was $4.2M in the quarter, up 24% on Q2. Enterprise renewals in August drove most of the growth, with three accounts expanding to the new platform tier. Self-serve was flat.
Churn held at 2.1% for the third quarter in a row. The two accounts we lost were both under $10k and both cited a missing integration rather than price.
What moved
| Line | Q2 | Q3 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise | 1.9 | 2.7 | +42% |
| Mid-market | 1.0 | 1.0 | 0% |
| Self-serve | 0.5 | 0.5 | 0% |
Recommendation
We recommend moving the pricing change to November so it lands before the January renewals and after the two conferences in October. Sales has already told two accounts to expect it, so the date should not slip further.
We also recommend adding the churn chart to the board deck. The number has not moved, and that is the point.
